Please corelate these photocopies of the documents with the text in the previous chapters. These are added only to reinforce that the events are not fictional but real during Natesan's service in the Revenue Department of the Madras Presidency under the British. What the Collector or the RDO said or did was the law! 


Appendix C : Appointment as Typist /Clerk for land acquisition to Special Deputy Collector's office

EB Gobbald ICS,  the Collector refuses to rescind the order ousting Natesan on 12 December 1933 on his Petition dated 5 Dec 1933. 




Appendix G and H  Natesan petitions the Madras Presidency Service Commission for justice 



EB Gobbald ICS  Collector of Trichiniopoly appointing the ousted Natesan as Typist Clerk in the Office of the RDO Trichinopoly 0n 6 th Jan 1934. He refused to cancel the order ousting him just a month ago. But this irrational act results in break in service of Natesan and degradation of his pay scale.

 





 Natesan gets appointed as Attender in the Sub Registrar Office  but will be working as Typist/ Clerk!
